Angler / customer responsibility

  1. Please respect your Captain and the boat.  If at any time a customers behavior is disrespectful, inappropriate or dangerous to yourself or others the Captain has the right to immediately terminate the charter and return to the dock.  No discounts will be given and the full payment of the charter will be due.
  2. Please be on time for pick up.
  3. You should bring the following
  • Hat
  • Sunglasses
  • Sun Screen
  • Non marking shoes
  • Camera
  • Beverages and food or snacks

     4.  Relax have fun and catch fish.

Beer and wine are welcome in moderation.  Please no liquor.  For the safety of you and others, if anyone on board becomes intoxicated the charter will be terminated immediately.   Please remember that sun and exercise  increases the effects of alcohol.

Charters can only be rescheduled in case of unfavorable weather conditions at the Captain's discretion.  Such as when the forecast calls for (small craft advisories) wind 25 knots or more.  Rain is not considered unfavorable unless it is associated  with thunderstorms and lightning.  However if the captain believes the rain will be sever enough to make the charter uncomfortable the charter will be cancelled and rescheduled.  Rule of thumb we normally don't go out in bad weather because we want your trip to be enjoyable.

Mechanical failures are rare but in the case of a failure, every effort will be made to reschedule or find you a replacement Captain for your original date and time.  If we are unable to reschedule or find a replacement your deposit will be refunded completely.
